Delivery Policy

To ensure freshness and timely service, we provide the following delivery arrangements:

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following locations: Vancouver，Burnaby，Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, New Westminster, White Rock, Delta 

Delivery Time

1）Deliveries take place between 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM

2）Please keep your phone available to ensure smooth coordination with our couriers

Order Cut-Off Time

1）All orders must be placed by 2:00 PM one day in advance

2）Orders placed after the cut-off will not be delivered the next day. You will need to reselect meals and place a new order

Holidays & Weather Exception

1）No deliveries on public holidays. We will notify you in advance of any schedule changes

2）In cases of severe weather, we will usually still proceed with delivery. If we are unable to deliver, you will be notified in advance

3）Delivery delays may occur in bad weather — we appreciate your understanding and patience
