How to sign up and place your first order？

Create your account - Tap the person icon (“Sign in”) at the top-right, enter your email, and confirm the verification code. One-and-done.Build your first delivery - Open Menu → Choose your delivery day → Add at least two meals for that day → Add Day to CartCheckout on time - Click on the "Cart" icon on the top right corner of your screen. Complete your cart and place the order by 4:00 PM the day before delivery (e.g., order by noon Sunday for Monday meals).

How do Meal Packages work?

Choose a Package: Start by selecting a package from our “Packages” page and complete the payment.Receive Your Store Credit: After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You will then see your Store Credit Balance under the "Payment Method" Section of your Profile page.Pick Your Meals and Delivery Dates: Go to the “Menu” page to choose your meals and delivery dates. You can select 2 or more meals per day based on your preferences.Use Store Credit to Order: At checkout, choose "Store Credit" as your payment method.Wait for Delivery: Your fresh meals will be delivered to your door on the scheduled dates in eco-friendly packaging.

How to change, skip, or cancel an order?

You can modify or cancel your order by emailing us before the daily 4 PM cutoff.Our packages have no expiry time, so feel free to skip a week — just place your order when you're ready.

B-Box. Meals is a ready-to-eat Meal Delivery service based in Vancouver that delivers nutritionally balanced meals made from fresh, additive-free ingredients. Every week you pick from a rotating menu of global flavors, place your order, and we deliver straight to your door —daily if you like!

Minimum order and flexibility

There's a minimum 2-meal purchase for each day. You can choose one day or as many days as you want, just make sure to pick 2 meals for each day. Orders can be changed or cancelled anytime before the cutoff (4 PM for next-day orders). No commitment required; you order only when you need it. Buy our packages to save you money; the credit never expire to you just use them when you need them.

Question 8

How to store and reheat meals?

Please keep your meals refrigerated (below 4°C) to stay fresh for up to 48 hours. Reheat in the microwave for 2–3 minutes before eating. We do not recommend freezing.

What kinds of payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay through our website. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify's payment gateway.
