Our story

Good food should not cost you your evening

B-Box started with a simple frustration: eating well in a busy week meant either hours of meal prep or another disappointing takeout. We wanted a third option — real, chef-cooked food that is ready in two minutes and honest about what is in it.

Today our kitchen cooks a rotating menu of Asian-fusion dishes every morning and delivers them fresh across Greater Vancouver. Every recipe is built from premium, nutrient-dense ingredients, free of preservatives and artificial additives, and analysed with AI so you can see the calories and protein before you order.

By taking meal prep off your plate, we give you back your time — to focus on work, training, family, or simply living your best life.
