What is B-Box Meals and how does it work?
B-Box Meals is a ready-to-eat Meal Delivery service based in Vancouver that delivers nutritionally balanced meals made from fresh, additive-free ingredients. Every week you pick from a rotating menu of global flavors, place your order, and we deliver straight to your door—daily if you like!
How do I sign up and place my first order?
- Choose a Package: Start by selecting a package from our “Packages” page and complete the payment.
- Receive Your Store Credit: After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You will then see your Store Credit Balance under the "Payment Method" Section of your Profile page.
- Pick Your Meals and Delivery Dates: Go to the “Menu” page to choose your meals and delivery dates. You can select 2 or more meals per day based on your preferences.
- Use Store Credit to Order: At checkout, choose "Store Credit" as your payment method.
- Wait for Delivery: Your fresh meals will be delivered to your door on the scheduled dates in eco-friendly packaging.
What’s the minimum commitment?
Our model is pay-as-you-go—no long-term lock-in. You can order as few as 2 meals in one week (our industry standard minimum) and cancel any time before the weekly cutoff.
When is the menu updated and what is the order deadline?
We update our weekly menu every Wednesday.
The order deadline is 4:00 PM the day before delivery. For example, to receive your meal on Monday, please place your order before 4:00 pm on Sunday. We deliver from Monday to Friday.
What is your delivery area and schedule?
We currently deliver daily between 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM to Vancouver, Richmond, and Burnaby. Additional areas will be added soon — stay tuned!
Can I customize my weekly menu?
Absolutely. Just tell us which dishes you want when you place your order, and how many of each. You’ll see your full menu variety—protein bowls, salads, international classics—and you can mix and match any way you like.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged immediately after you purchase a meal set on our website. Once the payment is completed, you’ll receive a gift card by email, which you can use to redeem individual meals and schedule deliveries through our menu page
How do I change, skip, or cancel an order?
- Change or Add Meals: To make changes to an order, please cancel your existing order first and then place a new one. If you just want to add more meals, you can do so anytime before the daily cut-off time.
- Skip a Week: You can choose not to place an order for any given week based on your own schedule — no action is required.
- Cancel: You may cancel your order before the daily cut-off time. After the cut-off, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed and are generally not accepted, as meal preparation will have already started.
What dietary preferences or restrictions do you accommodate?
Our meals are designed to suit the general population and may not meet specific dietary needs (e.g. vegan, gluten-free, allergen-free). However, each meal clearly lists its ingredients, so you can make informed choices based on your own dietary preferences or restrictions.We’re working on expanding our options to better serve specific dietary needs in the near future.
How should I store and reheat my meals?
Please keep your meals refrigerated below 4°C and consume promptly after opening. Meals are best enjoyed warm — simply reheat using a microwave or stovetop until hot. We do not recommend freezing.
How long do the meals last?
Most of our meals stay fresh in the fridge for up to 48 hours when stored properly below 4°C. For the best taste and texture, we recommend consuming them as soon as possible.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay through our website. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify's payment gateway.
What if I’m not satisfied or have an issue with my order?
We’re sorry to hear that! If you experience any issues with your order—whether it's related to meal quality, delivery, or something else—please contact our customer service within 7 days of your order. We’ll review the situation and do our best to provide a fair solution, which may include a refund or meal replacement.
