Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our meal service. To help ensure a smooth experience and protect your rights, please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Information

Our services are offered in the form of meal packages. After purchasing a package, customers may select their preferred meals. Deliveries are available on weekdays only and follow our daily delivery schedule.

Once an order is confirmed, it will automatically enter the preparation and delivery process.

2. Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your order due to special circumstances, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of purchase. We will review your request and may offer a refund or other compensation at our sole discretion.

Refund requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds are calculated as follows:

Refund Amount = Amount Paid – Amount Consumed – Platform Fee – Service Fee

The Amount Consumed is calculated based on the number of meals already used multiplied by the regular meal price.

For all approved refunds, a 5% processing fee will be deducted to cover Shopify platform charges and service fees.

Example:
For a 10-meal package purchased for $189, with 6 meals used:

Refund Amount = $189 – (6 × $20.9) – 5% processing fee

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
