Good to know

How long can I use my credit?

Each plan has its own window: Spark and Duo 45 days, Routine and Feast 90 days, Discipline 180 days. Black Friday balances must be used within that period, so choose based on how often you usually order.

What if B-Box closes for a holiday?

If we close for a company-wide holiday, your end date moves back by the number of working days we're closed.

When do you deliver?

B-Box delivers Monday to Friday. Our holiday schedule will be announced later.

I already have a pack. What happens to it?

Nothing changes. Regular packs stay valid for one year, and we always use the balance that expires soonest first.

Can I combine this with other offers?

Black Friday plans can't be combined with student top-ups or other pack offers. Referral rewards still apply.
